This is a strength base class that utilizes different formats, techniques, and equipment to help you get STRONG! This class is for all levels as the trainer will give options and adaptations to help meet you where you are and build strength safely and appropriately. This class will address the foundational movements: squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, carry, rotate, and lateral motion. Life happens in ALL planes of motion and we want to make sure you feel strong and confident no matter what direction you are moving!
The glutes are the largest muscle group in the body and should be the strongest! Having strong glutes does more than fill up those jeans! Strong glutes may help decrease back pain, improve posture, decrease risk for injury, improve athletic performance, and decrease knee pain. This class will help you address all of these and you will learn to love to feel those glutes on fire! Come join us to get started on building those strong glutes!
This class is designed to help prime your heart and lungs to operate at their maximal potential! You will enjoy the use of different interval set ups and can and will use anything from med balls, kettlebells, to just your body weight! This class is FUN and full of energy that you didn’t even know you had. This class will last about 45 minutes! Come prepared to get the most bang for your effort!
Full Body Grind
This class will strengthen your entire body! We will use anything from basic exercises, to creative and unique exercises, that will challenge each muscle in your body. Every class will incorporate a mix of strength, power, metabolic conditioning, balance, core work, and FUN. You will enjoy pushing your limits as your hour of power flies by!
Saturday classes will rotate between trainers and formats will change according to their choice! You may see anything from Savage Sandbags, to HIIT, to Hip Hop, and even a throwback Bootcamp J
