Jriven STRONG has been designed for you, my beloved Jriven members, to help us stay strong and motivated as we are required to stay in our homes during this time. This is a home program that requires minimal equipment and about 45 minutes of your day! I will keep the setup similar to what we do in the gym:
Mon/Wed will focus on Strength
Tuesdays we shall HIIT it
Thursdays will be a Full Body Grind baby
This app allows you a direct line of communication with me and also provides a community feed where we can encourage each other, maybe talk a little trash (hehe in a loving way of course), and help each other problem solve through the routines if you find a certain way to set up an exercise in your home that may help others. Some people may have a similar set up as you do and this could be helpful.
I am PUMPED that we have this option and I will also be doing these workouts, along with the JF30 workouts, throughout this break as well. Nothing beats having it all lined up and set! No thinking, just get in there and DO it!
